I’ve found this exhibition.<\/p>\n
I’m a collector. I put aside my friends’ letters, the scrawls of my children, who grow so fast, celebrities’ signatures which I obtain casually, good acquaintances’ greetings cards, dedications byprospective superstars, newspaper clippings, cinema tickets, restaurant bills, used stickers, headings of business letters, and anything that reminds me of somebody or something or a mood, an afternoon, an idea.
\nI preserve them carefully. Most of them will never turn up again; I mean I can never find the one I’m just looking for.
\nThis preservative nature of my personality developed in my early childhood. Since then I’ve filled every drawer, shelf and corner with my precious junk. Moreover, from time to time. I leave crammed cartons in my relatives’ and friends’ attics and woodsheds stealthily.

These pictures were probably taken between 1970 and 1973. (More exact dates could be estimated from the motifs recurring in my works then.) There’s only one single print of most of them left, even the negatives are gone. I know from the notes I took then that besides preparing for my “myth” exhibition, I concerned myself with two things: the problems of time and space and the function of photography in the fine arts.<\/p>\n
I had completely forgotten these pictures, these experiments.
